David and Michelle Plachte-Zuieback are engaged in the process of creating the stained glass for the Joffe Residence, located in Los Altos Hills, CA

This design combines the elements we discussed in our phone meeting on Sunday. I did another painting using much more dynamic lines using the colors I hope you will like. I retained the black and white bars, inverting the symmetry as you suggested. I also made some interesting changes to the arrangement of the bars so as pull the pattern subtly away from rigid regularity. To me the design signifies creation in the sense of the birth of the four elements. Dynamic uplift, waters roiling, skies pouring in and the glow of a fire. Under everything the single word, "Echad" I'm creating some interesting irregularities in the background. I'm enjoying this process with you. Thank you for your persistence. What do you think?
