Michelle works on cutting out the central transom window
The transom window is laid out, as the pieces of glass are cut
David uses the hand bender to make the many subtle bends in the steel rebar required to make the bar follow existing lines in the window
Above, David uses two soldering irons to weld the steel bar to the face of the window
A close-up of the steel bar reveals its tortuous shape
