The 18'
diameter Star of David, installed in a skylight, above
the Bema, in the Sanctuary of Temple Beth Torah, is
lit, entirely, with artificial light and depicts
each of the six days of creation in the points of the
star. At the center of the star is a crown bejeweled
with the gems of the twelve tribes of Israel, representing
Shabbat, the "crown of the week."
